City of Lost Souls July Teasers

Ok if you haven’t seen already, Cassie Clare has posted a couple of teasers for us TMI fans to ponder over and wonder what it could all mean. Here they are:

1) He reached her and held his hands out; she took them, and let him pull her to her feet. His pale gold eyes searched her face. “I want you with me,” he said. “But I want it to be your choice. Once we go, there’s no coming back.”

2) “I know about parabatai,” said Magnus, an angry, dark undercurrent to his voice. “I’ve known parabatai so close they were almost the same person; do you know what happens, when one of them dies, to the one that’s left —?”

 

I am assuming the first is Jace talking to Clary but where could he be going? The second I think it’s Alec that Magnus is talking to. I’m a bit worried as to what the second teaser is in reference to. Could Magnus be referring to Alec and Jace or maybe what Sebastian did has resulted in him and Jace being parabatai instead?

So, thoughts/theories?
