Taking a walk on the healthy side.
Being 31, I don’t exactly have perfect, glowing skin anymore, so I’ve been eating a lot of fruit and salads for the past week or so to give my skin (and body) a health boost. I’m really happy with how my complexion is looking so far. Spots are nearly non-existent now. Not that I suffered from too many but I normally get one or two bad ones that take ages to go – the persistent buggers. Just need to sort out those dark circles. Not exactly the best sleeper in the world. Meh.
